The Accelerators

The Accelerators were born in the winter of 2003 when Bob and Chicago Bruce worked a 5 month stint together as part of the Night Owl Blues band at the Abbey Tavern in Manhattan.  During this time they worked with Scott Milch on drums on several occasions.  Following the Abbey gig, Bob, Bruce, Scott, and Ed Camiolo began booking gigs as the Accelerators.  The band specializes in classic blues tunes as well as R&B and Soul classics.

on occasion, band has included Mike Miller (drums) and Tom Santonocita (bass)
